- 0-3 Months - Enjoy it!
- Find out when you are ovulating, as the days around ovulation are your most fertile period. Reviewing your diet and exercise regime, cutting back on alcohol, cutting out cigarettes and taking folic acid can all help prepare you for pregnancy. You may choose to use the Fertell ovarian reserve test at this stage so you are aware of any potential female fertility issues as soon as possible. As women's fertility is more greatly affected by age, the more time you have on your side, the better.
- 3-6 Months
- If you haven't become pregnant as quickly as you'd hoped, then Fertell is a great screening tool to help you evaluate key elements of your fertility. Fertell provides reliable, accurate information about your fertility to help you move towards conception. If results suggest potential issues, then the sooner you both find out, the earlier you can get the help you need and the higher your chances of getting pregnant.
- 7-12 Months
- It is easy to say "Relax, don't worry, you'll be fine", but as the months tick by you can start to think "will I ever get pregnant". Try to find ways to relax and take your mind off getting pregnant. Gentle exercise, massage, a new hobby, can all help. Sex can become a chore and mechanical, so try to get the best balance of "it's the right time" with "time together to make love". Fertell can help, as now could be the right time for you as a couple to find out about your fertility. Remember the more time you have on your side the higher your chances of a successful conception.
- 12 Months +
- It's easier sometimes to bury our heads in the sand and hope that things will be ok next month. It's always better to stop wondering and worrying and find out if you have fertility issues. It is important to see your GP as soon as possible to get the help and answers you need. As Fertell measures the same initial fertility markers as your GP, you may feel more comfortable taking this step in the privacy of your own home.
