Returns policy

If you have a problem with either of your Fertell tests, please contact the Fertell Information line on 0800 731 8267 if calling from the UK and 1800 882 367 if calling from the Republic of Ireland where our Customer Service Team will discuss the issues you have had.

Refund Policy

You have the right to cancel your order within 7 days of receipt of your purchase. In event of any such cancellation you will receive a full refund.

Refunds will only be given provided the product has not been opened, and the tamper evident seal is intact.

You will need to return your goods to us prior to us issuing a refund. Please contact us, quoting your order reference number, to request a FREEPOST special delivery envelope, which will be sent to you to return the product. Once we receive it we will issue your refund, and send you an email confirming this.

Please note that refunds of this manner are only available for purchases made through www.fertell.co.uk. Should you want to refund your product bought from Boots, then please contact them directly.
